FEDGE® is PMK’s compact, high-speed edge generator designed to deliver clean, fast pulses in a portable USB stick-sized device. Featuring a rise time of approximately 32 picoseconds and a bandwidth exceeding 10 GHz, the FEDGE® is perfectly suited for signal path verification, rise/fall time calibration, overshoot/undershoot checks, and TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) measurements.

Its 500 mV output pulse (terminated into 50Ω) is characterized by an exceptionally flat waveform with minimal distortion, making it an invaluable reference for high-speed measurement equipment and probe system verification.

With a simple push-button interface, users can select operating modes instantly. Whether you're testing impedance on PCB coupons, verifying connector quality, or conducting EMC evaluations (both radiated and conducted), FEDGE® provides precision and simplicity in one rugged tool.

An optional 10 GHz power splitter is available to convert FEDGE® into a reflectometer setup for cable and trace length measurements, dielectric constant evaluation, and more.
